KS. I can't speak to the accuracy of that record, but will do some more checking to see what else I can find. Are you familiar with the book titled "A Grandmother's Memories"? It was written in 1965 by Ruth I. (Rogers) Willits, a granddaughter of William Fletcher & Mary Innocence (Weir) Rogers. It describes the 1866 trip to Kansas taken by "Fletcher" (as he was known) and Mary in a covered wagon pulled by oxen. The Weir ancestors had owned slaves, but Fletcher was a "free state" supporter that lived in Missouri, so there are some interesting stories about their stay in Missouri. I'm a distant relative to the family on the Rogers side. Let me know if you are interested in more details about the book.
