The Valley Falls New Era Jefferson County Thursday July 29, 1909 Married. Mr. Albert McINTOSH of east of town, and Miss Jeanette CONNELL of this place were married in Topeka, Wednesday returning on the evening train. Their friends think they have quite a joke on the couple as they were intending to go to Oskaloosa for the ceremony but failed to get to the train in time so they took the next train out, which was the one to Topeka. Mr. McIntosh is a prosperous young farmer, and the bride has been one of the accomodating central girls at the telephone office for some time; they both have many friends here with whom we join in wishing long life and prosperity for the happy couple.
