Under a new law just passed, all persons with no fixed place of abode, who shall be engaged in horse trading, fortune telling or selling or disposing of curios upon the public highways of Kansas shall be deemed guilty of vagrancy and for the same, or for them to camp upon public highways, will be punishable with a fine of $500, six months in jail, or both.
