The Mayetta Herald Jackson County Thursday July 15, 1915 Mary DOUGLAS was born September 20,1825, in Ritchie county, Va. Died near Denison, Kansas, July 10, 1915, aged 87 years, 9 months and 20 days. Her parents were William and Eleanor Douglas. She grew to womanhood there and was united in marriage with Adam ROBSON, August 15, 1854, and with him removed to Missouri in 1864, from thence to Kansas in 1882. To this union were born four sons, and three daughters, all of whom are living except a son, who died three years ago. Funeral services were held July 12, and interment made in the Denison cemetery.
