Eulimma You may want to post a message to the Missouri boards for Jackson Co. This is Kansas and Jackson Co., Kansas is not near Kansas City MO. You also might want to check the LDS Library for early birth records. Their Library Card Catalog is online http://www.familysearch.org/eng/Library/FHLC/frameset_fhlc.asp Do a place search, typing in Jackson in the first blank and Missouri in the second. It will come up with a list of books that are available on film at the LDS. Also do a search for the surrounding counties which you will need to refer to a map to get those county names.
