The Anthony Weekly Bulletin Harper County Friday November 19, 1897 Speaking about an old timer, we can't help recalling that blossoming boozer and printer that never plied his profession, Charlie PHILABAUM. He always wore a straw hat of the vintage of ' 76, and carried a set of brains under it that would be a credit to some of the Anthony prints of the present day. But poor PHILABAUM has gone far away from Anthony; in fact, wnet to the bad place. At any rate, he's dead.
