    3. The Anthony Weekly Bulletin Harper County Friday September 30, 1898 Richard COULSON, son of W.F. COULSON, who enlisted in the 22nd Kanas, died in the hospital at Leavenworth, Saturday, September 24. The remains were brought to Harper for interment Sunday, accompanied by his parents and four of his comrades and former classmates at Washbon college where the deceased had been attending school for the past three years. Funeral services were held from the Methodist church, conducted by Rev. McCORMICK, who could say nothing but commendable things about him, who at the early age of 22 years, enlisted in the service of his country. His parents and brothers have sympathy of the entire community. The pall bearers were Corporal Fred LYMAN, M.B. NEFF, C.H. GEPHART, and Lloyd STAHL, of Topeka, A.L. SHELTON of Anthony and Philo BURKHOLDER, of Harper, and all of the 22nd Kansas Volunteers.
