I really don't know. I received a message from one other person that have relative who lived in Morland and I will try to check and see if I can find out his middle initial or name. Hi List Members: There has been some interest in my method of reading hard to read stones in a cemetery. I use corn starch in an old men's dress sock. I tap it along the face of the stone, & it works great. It doesn't hurt the stones & the first rain washes it off. I carry it in a plastic bag & small box. Good Luck Gayle

Hi Bill: I might have missed something, I will try & recheck first chance I get. The Brush Creek Cemetery is in very bad shape. You have to work your self through trees, weeds, Poison Ivy & bushes. There is a Veteran grave there that I bet no one knows about. The Stones are in very bad shape also. I had to use corn starch in a sock on most of them. There are several deterated past recognition. --=======22D71AFF======= Content-Type: text/plain; x-avg-checked=avg-ok-2AA822E9; charset=us-ascii; format=flowed Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Gayle & Bill, Been sick this week, so haven't been on the computer much. I also thought I had posted the URL, but when I went back to look, (slap me), I had copied the contributor's page rather than the database. OOPS! So here it is: http://userdb.rootsweb.com/cemeteries/ Bill, if you're interested, I also have a link to a template for a search form that you can place on the web-site so visitors don't have to go off-site to search the database. I am also planning on posting the listings on the Graham Co. Message board. I hope to get to the northern cemeteries yet this fall, but possibly not until over the winter (weather providing). The ones I'm planning on doing are: South Star, Roscoe, Whitfield, Buchanan and an unnamed cemetery in Pioneer Twp. These are all convenient for me as I live in Lenora and work in Logan. Currently I'm working on the Lenora cemeteries, slowly, just doesn't seem to be enough time what with work, attending school activities, etc... Gayle, have you talked to Angela Bates-Tompkins? I'm sure she told me one time that the Nicodemus cemetery had been catalogued, but my memory could be faulty. Also, the list of cemeteries I have only shows 15, wonder what 8 I'm missing. Their Joseph was born 8 Nov 1903 and married Barbara Billinger. It is my understanding that my relatives were not related to other Pfeifers in the town. Is my information of any value to you?
