This may be a shot in the dark but I'm having great difficulty finding ANYTHING on the web about my GG Grandparents listed above. I do have that they moved from Sweden around 1869 to Garden City, Kansas. I don't think Finney County existed then (Arapahoe, Foote, Sequoyah???). PETER WILLIAM JOHNSON was born in 1841 in Sweden. He moved to in Garden City, KS about 1869 and lived there until about 1890 when he moved to Manitou Springs, CO where he died in 1906. Peter and PAULINA MATILDA LARSON (b.1861 in Sweden) married in 1885 which I'm guessing would have been in Garden City, KS. They had 4 children: EDWARD WILLIAM (b. 1887); MARY (b. 1887 twin of Edward); MABEL; and EMIL. My records show that at least two (maybe all 4) were born in Garden City, KS. Does anyone on this list have any information on this family at all? And if not, can you direct me to someone who can do lookups for the area. I can't seem to find them in ANY of the surname searches, census, etc. Thank you very much. Mark Johnson.
