Davis, 814 Maple, Eudora, died Wednesday evening at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. He was 75. He was a native of Baxter County, Ark., and had lived in Eudora for the past 26 years. He was a retired carpenter. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Southern Baptist Church, Eudora. Burial will be in Eudora Cemetery. The Rev. Chester Mason will be in charge. Survivors include the wife, Mary Belle, of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Joyce Miller, Edwards, Mo., and Mrs. Barbara Fuller, Paola; a sister, Mrs. Audrey O'Guin, El Cajon, Calif.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. June 27, 1995, page 3-B. MARY BELLE DAVIS Eudora--Services for Mary Belle Davis, 95, Eudora, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at First Southern Baptist Church in Eudora with the Rev. Tim Hartford officiating. Burial will be in Eudora Cemetery. Mrs. Davis died Monday, June 26, 1995, at the Eudora Nursing Center. She was born Jan. 11, 1900, in Hand, Ark., the daughter of Jesse and Mary Frances Ledford Adams. Mrs. Davis was a homemaker and had lived in Eudora since 1949. She was a member of First Southern Baptist Church in Eudora and had worked in the church nursery for more than 25 years. She married Pearson W. Davis on Dec. 17, 1922, in Baxter City, Ark. He died Feb. 4, 1976. She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Joyce Miller and Barbara Fuller. Survivors include four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
