Lenora Joe's parents were Alonzo George Ellison and Nina Laura Fulton (m. 29 Dec 1886, Lawrence, Douglas Co., KS). I know Nina Laura had siblings: Nellie Eldora (m. Anthony Snow 5 July 1873 in Lawrence, Douglas Co., KS), Lida (m. Gene Watson) Lenora (m. Gene Wilmeth), Minnie (m. John Bruce) and Anthony. Nina's parents were Daniel Fulton and laura Orme. Have found some records that may be connected to your family. Believe I have found the marriage record of your Minnie A. Fulton of Dg. Co. KS., married on 10 Sep. 1878 in Douglas Co. to John S. Bruce of Winfield, KS. There are three marriages of persons with ORME surname: Nancy J. Orme, m. James Reed, 8 May 1872 Elizabeth S. Orme, m. William N. Hall, 18 Sep. 1873 Cassie E. Orme, m. James W. Anderson of Edwardsville, KS on 24 Dec. 1883. From Lawrence Newspapers Index of 1873-1881 we find: Mrs. Eliz. Orme mentioned in Republican Daily Journal of 19 Sept. 1873, page 2 Sidney Orme mentioned in Lawrence Daily Journal of 20 June 1880, page 4. Found no burials recorded for Orme in Dg. Co. There was one Fulton--Tom Fulton, 1872-1959, bur. Oak Hill Cem. in Lawrence. Burials of Ellison-- W. B. Ellison 13 Sep. 1861-26 Feb. 1891 Alonzo Ellison and Nina L. Ellison buried in Oak Hill Cem. section 2, at Lawrence. However, no dates on tombstones. In Douglas Co. outside of Lawrence we find: Harry F. Fulton, 1887-1948, bur Maple Grove Cem., Lecompton Daniel Fulton purchased a cemetery lot in Baldwin Pioneer Cemetery on Oct. 3, 1864. However, there is no record that any of the Fulton family are buried there. The records of burials in that cemetery are not very good back that far if there was no tombstone. If you have any detail knowledge about any burials in Baldwin, I'd love to hear from you.
