The Perry Mirror Thursday May 12, 1915 Funeral of Mrs. Innes. The body of Mrs. Geo. INNES of Lawrence, who was abroad at the time of her demise, arrived in Lawrence last Thursday and the funeral took place Friday afternoon from the family residence. Many friends were present at the last sad services and there were the most beautiful flowers tendered to any one in years. Mrs. INNES was one of the most dearly loved women who ever lived in Lawrence. She was one of the most rare women who was liked by every one, and was always sweet and gentle to all with whome she came in contact. Her death causes a great and keen loss. The body was taken to Oak Hill cemetery and placed in the vault until the weather will permit interment in the family lot.
