He was born in 1902 in Pennsylvania and came to Dickinson County with my great grandfather, Samuel, around 1913. He married Gladys Bunker about 1928 and they had a son, Cecil. Gladys died in 1987 and her obit states she is buried in Abilene Cemetery. Cecil died in 2010 and is buried in Sunset Hill Cemetery. Gladys' obit says Earl died in 1965 while an Ancestry tree I've found says 7 Nov 1978. I have been unable to confirm either or none. I presume Earl is buried in Abilene Cemetery with his wife. Good Morning Chad: The Abilene Reflector-Chronicle lists an obit for Earl Rock, Abilene of March 10, 1965. This is just a date listing and not an actual obit. Roberta
