White male, farmer, married, b. Tenn., res. 7 yrs. I could not find any listing for James or Matilda in the transcriptions of tombstones for Crawford County. Other Giles names mentioned in the older records were: Bessie Giles Sawyer 1895-1929, Jessie W. Giles 1873-1963, Lizzie Giles Bellamy (married Richard Bellamy 1903), Jennie Giles Klock (married George Klock 1889), Thomas (on 1900 census), and Robert (infant son died 1905).
