Just wondering how their names were listed in 1930. Could William Ralph Swindell have gone by just "Ralph?" Are you sure about Maxine Gilmore's name? On the court records of Ottawa County, OK (http://www.odcr.com), a Ralph Swindell married Bessie Webster on 1 Mar 1924. There is no record of their divorce in Ottawa County, but Bessie Swindell then married Orville Barnes on 28 Sep 1929. If Bessie could be the mother, then you may find the boys on the 1930 census under the name of Barnes. Just trying to brainstorm with you a bit.
