William "Ralph" Swindell and Maxine Gilmore from Baxter Springs, Kansas were married on March 22, 1926 in Gerard, Kansas. William "Ralph" Swindell and Maxine (Gilmore) Swindell were divorced in March 1930 in Ottawa, Oklahoma and their two living children from their marriage; Harry Edward Swindell, age 3 and Joe Wesley Swindell age 9 months were mentioned in their divorce degree (10,090) in the District Court in Ottawa County, State of Oklahoma. The two children's custody and care awarded to Maxine Swindell until the further order of the court. Any assistance in location where Mrs. Maxine Swindell and the children Harry Edward Swindell and Joe Wesley Swindell may have moved would be a big help. I've my limited access to the 1930 Census without any success. Thanks for the information made available on Bessie (Webster) Swindell's later marriage to Orville Barnes on September 28, 1929. Although of interest, since Bessie was not Harry Edward & Joe Wesley Swindell's mother, I dropped Bessie Swindell from this search. Any additional help will also be appreciated. Thanks again!
