I'm interested in finding out about Perry Owsley, an attorney in Pittsburg at some point. He apparently was the attorney for some member of the Cuthbertson family and had some photos and papers in a bank box that eventually were dispersed. A collector recently contacted me because of the surname, but didn't know any more than that the papers came via Mr. Owsley. I'm simply interested in finding out when Owsley was in practice in Pittsburg, and other information that might help me determine the family member to whom these papers and photos originally belonged.
