In The Crawford County Kansas Obituaries Volume-16(M-Z) Index of Names, there is: Runyan, Isabelle > McCulley, Carl...1990 We have a lot of Obituary Books for Crawford Co. I looked through the ones that I thought might be the right time period but did not find Melissa Ellen or Francis M.R. Runyan. Do you have more precise dates for their births and deaths? and places?
