Maxwell was born on Jan. 9, 1824 in Fredonia (Caldwell Co.), KY. As of 1902, he lived in Pittsburg (Crawford Co.), KS. On Apr. 23, 1902, he joined the Sons of the American Revolution, on behalf of the service of his Revolutionary War ancestor, also named Edward Maxwell. Edward L. Maxwell died after 1907, presumably in Crawford Co., KS. I am seeking his death date/ place and obituary. What was his middle name?
