    2. Susie, The Crawford County Genealogical Society has several CD's for sale: Tombstone Transcriptions of all Known Cemeteries in Crawford County, Kansas 1867-1976. Abstract of Crawford County, Kansas Births, Books C through P, 1886 to 1905. Abstract of Crawford County, Kansas Marriages, Books A through P, 1867 through 1902. The Society's quarterly publication, The Seeker, 1971 to 2006, with index. Index to Obituaries Published in the Pittsburg, Kansas Morning Sun Newspaper, 1975 through 2004. (No obituaries, just the index. However, most older Kansas newpapers can be viewed on microfilm ordered through interlibrary loan from the Kansas State Historical Library. Their website is http://www.kshs.org/library.) The price for each of these CD's is $12 for members of the Crawford County Genealogical Society and $22 for non-members (Membership is $13.00 per year). Four of my family lines were pioneers in northern Crawford County, all appearing on the 1870 census, so I do a lot of research with Crawford County records.
