Howard is indexed as Talitha Howard and on Ancestry she is named Sabetha C. Howard, with an alternate spelling of Talitha E. Howard. She lives in Dwelling 13, Family 13 in Lincoln Twp. (part of), city of Arcadia, District 85, sheet 1B, line 51. She lives on Harris Street and is the head of household, female, white, age 96, widow, mother of 9 children, 5 of whom are living. She was born in Kentucky and her parents were born in Virginia. She speaks English; occupation none, own income, can read and write, owns her house free and clear. She lives with Malinda A. Caypool. Malinda, her daughter, is female, white, age 53, widow. She bore 2 children, one of whom is living. She was born in Arkansas and her parents were born in Kentucky. She speaks English, occupation none. She can read and write. I did not locate her in the 1915 census and conclude she died between 1910 and 1915.
