I will look for a burial record in Crawford County and not limit it to the city of Pittsburg. I haven't checked with the city or county about Marks employment, but will. Normally, in Kansas, a star shaped badge indicates service with the Sheriff Department, but in in the 20's it very well could have been a City Marshals badge.
