Goodson , Sarah (Cox)Goodson and Arie Jane (Cox) Goodson who were in Crawford Co., approx. 1873 > (?) . My g.grandmother, Fannie Melissa Goodson is said to have been born in Walnut, Ks. in 1874, to William and Sarah (Cox)Goodson . Sarah died in childbirth along with second child , William M. Goodson then mar. Arie Jane Cox , the sister of Sarah. I also have a photo that was taken in Walnut Ks. of a man and four children that I cannot identify , photo was probably taken between 1880 and 1890 , the man has a Badge on his lapel which is round with a star in the center, I am wondering where there might be records, with names and dates of the past Sheriffs or Marshalls of Crawford Co. ?
