Hello, I have a great great grandmother that was a Phillips. She was born in 1818 and died 13 Oct 1886 in Arcadia, Kansas Crawford Co. She is buried at the Old Arcadia Cem. near Arcadia, Kansas. Carol, I have heard the news too, just think of all the people and the history that bridge has seen! I was foolish enough to walk across the top of it my Senior year in school. Do you know when it was built? Wonder how we would find out? I'm not sure but think it was there when Arcadia had a race track in the large field north of it. Barbara
