Cosgrove, Katrina Coley and Albertina Romberg the following real estate to wit, nine acres of land described as follows, commincing at a point 367 feet north of the south west corner of the south cor 1 1/4 of the south east 1 1`/4 of section no. 26 in township no. 27 south of range no. 22 east of the sixth principle meridan from thence running north 598 `/1 feet, thence east 660 feet, thence south 598 1/2 feet, thence west 661 1/4 feet to the place of begining, also lots one [1] and two [2] in Block forty six in the city of Hepler, to have and share the same equaly share and share alike. Third I give and devise to my daughter Katrina Coley lot no. twelve [12] in Block Fortyfive in the city of hepler, Crawford County Kansas. Fourth I give and devise to my daughter Regina M. Cosgrove Lot no. thirteen [13] block no. forth five [45] in the city of hepler, crawford county kansas. Fifth I herteby appoint my said husband Joseph Romberg my sole Executor without inventory, apprisal or bond and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made. Finally made it to Smiley Cemetery. It is so peaceful and lovely out there. The peonies are in bloom.From whites to pale pink to deep red.
