I am interested in Franz and Mary POSLEY THEIS family. In 1849 Franz THEISS bought land in Washington Co. In 1857 he bought land in Ozaukee Co. They moved to Waldwick, Iowa Co., Wisconsin about 1865. In 1871 the family left for Cowley Co., Kansas. The family story is that they came from Belgium. We haven’t been able to find Franz and Mary’s parents or siblings.
