I'm trying to find the Township for Grand Summit, Cowley County, Kansas. I don't even know if the town still exists. My GRAY family was living there in 1887 and I was hoping to locate them in the 1900 Census. They all seem to have disappeared except for my Grandmother, Mary Louisa Gray who married John Franklin Richards and moved to Sumner County and later to Kingman County. Hi Ramona Windsor Township is the place. Grand Summit was a "suburb" of Cambridge (We are currently a town of a hundred souls, give or take a dog or two) about 6 miles east on the railroad and was platted and a cattle shipping point.
