I was wondering if there is someone living in Arkansas City who could make a phone call for me to Riverview Cemetery? Several of my family members from the 1800's are buried there, one of which is my gggrandpa. I've written to them and asked these questions, but after a month and a half I have still not had a reply from them. My ggrandpa never had a headstone and since he is a veteran of the Civil War, I want to order a tombstone for him. But first I must know their procedure for "receiving" the delivery of the stone and what costs are involved in them installing the stone? On the VA's request application for the stone, the name and signature of the person who will sign for the stone's delivery at the cemetery must be included. So I would need to know that person's name. Secondly, out of curiosity I would like to know at what price they are currently selling plots in their cemetery...or at least a price range, if there is more than one price.
