I believe his e-address was posted previously in this thread. As I understand it, the editions are basically similar, except for some error corrections and a few misc additions. If you wanted to look back in the list archives or do a search, Bob did post on here a bit more detail about the 2nd edition, the main difference being that it is published in CD format.
