Folks, this is NOT a virus -- it is a normal file, a normal part of Windows software. It's a hoax! Don't delete it and remember that messages such as this are completely unnecessary and help nobody -- they do much more harm than good. Get a good AV software package and update it frequently and never send messages like this, especially to a list, as if you believe this is a virus then the last thing you should do is send email until you know for sure that you are completely disinfected.
