Who is available for look up services in Cowley Co KS???? What books are available of Cowley Co KS marriages, wills, deeds, etc????? I saw the beautifully done Family History at the Sutro Library recently......just wish I had known it was being done as my grand parents I.W. KAY and his parents A.J. and Rachel STEELE were there in 1872! Also the John Pruett and Margaret LUMPKIN and family were there before 1875!
