Houser, 65, a resident of Cowley county practically all her life, died at the old family homestead two and one half miles west of Rock Sunday morning at 2:15. She had been ill for some time and her death was not unexpected. With her brother, C. W. Houser, Miss Alice Houser lived on the farm her parents homesteaded when they came here 63 1/2 years ago from Bristol, Tenn, where Alice Houser was born Nov 2, 1875.
