I have spent three evenings reading things on the site that Gary sent ...........much Cowley Co history.........really is an amazing collection.........Found a reference to Will Shaw, member of Winfield's police force in 1919. Will was my gfather's brother. Reading newspaper articles etc. sure gives a feeling of the times...........thanks for sharing this information with the list.
