He had been in failing health for two years. He was born December 11, 1880 at Georgetown, Colorado, the son of M. D. and Mary C. Davis. He was married to Murrel Shaw, Sept 24, 1908. Survivors include three children; Mrs. Harry Robinson and Lawrence Davis of Winfield, and Louis Davis of Wilmington, Calif., also three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 PM from the Morris Funeral home. Interment will be in Union cemetery.
