Hello All, I'm seeking information on the William Senseney family who apparently ventured down to Ninnescah, Cowley County, Kansas from Iowa after William was discharged from the Union Army in 1865. William for certain appears in the 1880 census in Ninnescah Township but by 1886 he and his family had relocated to Barry County, Missouri. I believe he was a member of GAR while in Cowley County, as well. In the 1880 census, William appears with wife Priscilla and sons Lot H. and Isaac K., and by the 1900 Census, William had remarried, so I am uncertain whether Priscilla died in Cowley County or in Barry County, Missouri. I have not been able to access the 1870 Census for Cowley County, but I can place William at the earliest there by an article that appears in the Traveler of March 22, 1876. If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it as I have had quite a hard time locating this family. Thank you in advance.
