Hello, I am looking for a WESSON BALDWIN family who were in Cowley Co in abt 1880 when Census was taken,, with son name Paden Cox Baldwin. Wife was Elizabeth(?) Hill. They had a Dau , name Lorretta who mar a Hill and had maybe 5 sons and Mr Hill died, She then mar Lewis Amrine and had more ch, incl some girls. Maude and Dorothy(Dollie), twins, Dollie was b abt 1889 so some of these may not be on 1880 census but others. Josephine(Josie), and others. Dollie was b 1889 in Cedarvale, Chataugua Co. Ks. Lorretta may have been in Cowley Co by or before 1880, also with some Hill sons and poss. several ch by 2nd spouce, Lewis Amrine. Eliza Hill may also have some relatives there as cousins, parents etc. I also need the link to the Co. of Chataugua please. Can anyone tell me anything about these Families???? Also a Walter H.. Baldwin, and a William , both bro's of Wesson. and maybe Elizabeth who mar Wesson in abt 1835 maybe in NY?? Wesson went to Franklin Co Iowa before 1870 as on 1870 census , 1880 census finds some of these in Clark Co Wa . 1900 census finds Wesson and Walter then in Toledo, Lewis Co Wa which also was part of Clark Co before it was divided.
