Some time ago (12-99), I was in touch with Lou Tharp, who had kindly informed me of some information on a individual that I didn't think could fit the profile of the person I was looking for. Thank goodness I printed that email! I have since discovered that the person referenced is exactly who I was after. I have been unable to reach Lou, however, and am hoping there is someone with access to two different census' and can do a look up for me. Lou wrote that in the Ninnescah 1880 Udall Township census was listed Samuel TURNER, age 71. In the Ninnescah 1882 Udall Township census, Samuel TURNER is listed again, aged 72.
