    3. I'm ashamed to admit I fell for it. I usually check into these before I do anything, since I have Norton and a firewall and neither caught it. But I deleted it and it didn't shut my computer down. I was told it is a file that techs use when they work on your computer. Don't know how true that is because I am nowhere close to being a tech.
