I'm not sure who he married but they had John Ross, Percy and Lida and possibly more. He was the chief of police in Martins Ferry, Ohio and I have a family picture of him with the other members of the family. I always consider him to be a typical Terrill as he had the nose and hair color that all my relatives seem to have.
