Van Druff, 80, died suddenly today at his home at 902 McBratney. He had been in poor health for some months but death came suddenly. Mr. Van Druff was born April 10, 1863, near Rock Island, Illinois. A farmer nearly all his life, he moved to Clay Center from Riley county about five years ago when his health began to fail. Survivors include his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Lillian Isaacson of Randolph, and Mrs. Hattie Isaacson of Wilsey, and one son, Alvin Van Druff of Leonardville. No funeral arrangements have been made. W. Van Druff, who died August 20 in Clay Center, will be held in the Keats Methodist church at 2:30 p.m. Monday. The Reverend Tannahill will be in charge. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery. Van Druff is survived by his widow, two daughters, Mrs. Percy Isaacson of Wilsey and Mrs. Lillian Isaacson of Randolph, and one son, Alvin, of Leonardville.
