The county turned most of their records over to them years ago.� I'm a bit surpised they didn't send you a flyer with the holdings of the Society, they did that for me a few years ago. The lady in the Labette County Clerk office goes way out of the way to help.� But the lady in the probate court won't even check.� I have had very good luck with the recorder of deeds in Labette Co.
