I wasn't sure about posting this info, but since I'm not the only one interested and there are others like me who are not as familiar with the county as we'd like to be...I'll go ahead. Below is an alphabetical listing by town of the cemeteries in Bourbon County. The info is from the USGS GNIS survey of the county. There could well be cemeteries which do not appear on this list...blame the USGS, not me. Obviously, many of the little old family plots may not be included. USGS provides latitude/longitude coordinates and a map locating the cemetery with reasonable clarity--route numbers aren't marked though so you have to get a good KS map to be more successful. The URL for the Bourbon County site is: http://skyways.lib.ks.us/genweb/bourbon/index.html#County click on the link titled "Cemeteries in Bourbon County." You can click on any of the cemeteries listed to bring up the geographic description of it; you will also see a highlighted "Show Feature Location," which gets you a map that can be zoomed in/out for better identification.
