Looking for McNeil (or McNeill) in Bourbon County, KS in the 1890's, possibly earlier. Avin McNeil was my children's great-grandmother, she was born in Fulton, Bourbon County, KS in 1876. Looking for parents and/or siblings. Also looking for Musgrave in the same area, same time zone. Avin McNeil was married to Frank Leslie Musgrave and they had 2 daughters about 20 years apart (2nd daughter obviously a "surprise", but she was my children's grandma. Hope somebody can help.
