The Topeka Daily Capital Friday May 31, 1918 Deaths and Funerals. Lloyd J. CHASE, 21 years old, died Thursday night at his home, 303 Tyler street. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. James L. Chase. The funeral will be held at 4 o'clock Saturday afternoon from Penwell's chapel. Burial in Mt. Hope cemetery. Dorothy BURNETTE, 25 years old, died Thursday in a local hospital. She was a daughter of Judge J.A. Burnette, former state commissioner. She is survived by her mother and father, and by three sisters, Emma B., Imogene and Jessie. The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at Caldwell, Kan. The funeral of Mary C. SHULL, who died Thursday, will be held Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock form Penwell's chapel. Burial in Topeka cemetery.
