The Washington Register Washington County Thursday December 29, 1904 Dwight--New. A very pretty wedding took place at the beautiful home of Mr. and Mrs. Jno. MUNCH, Dwight, Kans., Sunday, December 25th, at 6 o'clock, p.m., in which Mr. William NEW of this city and Miss Clara MUNCH of Dwight were united in the holy bonds of matrimony, Rev. Potter of Parkerville, Kans., officiating. Mr. William Munch, of Kansas city, acted as grooms man and Miss Bertha New of this city, as brides maid. After the ceremony they were invited to the dining room where a bountiful supper of two courses was served. Mr. New will bring new bride home where both will receive a hearty welcome as the bride is also well known here. (Note: Should anyone go looking for this marriage notice in the newspaper the headline for this marriage was actually--Dwight--New.)
