    3. The Topeka Daily Capital Monday February 9, 1920 Deaths and Funerals. SLAGLE.--Mrs. Louise Caroline SLAGLE,aged 79, died at 3:15 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the home of her brother, D.M. Swearingen, 1421 East Sixth avenue. Arrangements for the funeral have not been completed. The body will be taken to Ohio for burial. JOHNS.--The burial of Mrs. Mary JOHNS, aged 49, who died Saturday in Kansas City, Kan., will be held this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at Rochester cemetery. VERITY.--The funeral of Fred Verity who died Saturday will be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock from Shellabarger's chapel. The servicves will be private. Burial in Mount Auburn cemetery. PERREZ.--The funeral of Mrs. Josie Perrez, who died Saturday in a local hospital from influenza, will be held this morning at 10:30 o'clock from her home, 227 North Chandler street. Burial in Mounty Calvary cemetery.
