The Washington Republican-Register Washington County Friday March 23, 1906 Frank Ballard. Word was received here Wednesday of the death of Frank BALLARD, of Little Blue Township. Mr. Ballard has been ill since the latter part of last week and the doctors pronouced his trouble appendicitis. He wa operated on, three doctors and a nurse from St. Joseph being in attendence. He died Wednesday as a result of the operation.
