The Washington Register Washington County Thursday October 13, 1904 Mrs. Emma WHINNINGTON, wife of W.E. Whinnington, died at her home five miles west of Hollenberg, October 8. She was only twenty-one years old and had been married a little more than a year. Her funeral was preached by Rev. W.P. Botts, in the presence of a large congregation of relatives and friends. Her remains were laid to rest in the Steele City cemetery.
