The La Cygne Weekly Journal Linn County Saturday December 31, 1881 Mr. Albert CAMERON, a blind man about 30 years of age, died Monday, near Rockville, Miami county, from poison administered by himself. He claims he have taken strychnine the day previous to his death. He was unable to take care of himself, but had always been provided for by his father. He feared the loss of his mind, and becoming very despondent, concluded to end his life. He left a wife and child.
