The Oskaloosa Times Jefferson County Friday March 2, 1900 A Sudden Death. An unusually sudden and pathetic death was that of W.T. HARMAN, an old soldier, which occurred here Thursday morning. He, with his family, had just settled here a week since, bought property and was preparing to build. Tuesday he was taken very ill with erysipelas; Wednesday was thought to improving; Thursday morning the tolling bell announced his death. He leaves quite a family; was almost totally blid, receiving a large pension on account of blindness. Funeral services today.
